All physical orders ship via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $75.00. Orders under $75.00 incur a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
AfriKin ships internationally to select countries. International delivery typically takes 7–14 additional business days beyond our standard processing time. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs authority. AfriKin LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Currently available international shipping destinations include but are not limited to: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Senegal, Cameroon, Morocco, Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, and other Caribbean and African nations. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your shipment via the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
Digital download products (individual coloring pages and the Eco-AfriKin Workbook) are delivered via email within minutes of payment confirmation. A secure download link will be sent to your email address. Download links are valid for 48 hours and allow up to 3 downloads per purchase. If you experience any issues accessing your download, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you promptly.
We accept returns on physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We offer free size exchanges on apparel within 14 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for. Subject to availability.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
